I have been in the naturopathic sciences for over 35 years ago, driven by a deep-seated passion for understanding the true foundations of health and wellness. Throughout my career, I've specialised in weight loss, gut repair, and disease prevention, helping thousands reclaim their health and vitality.​

What sets my approach apart is a commitment to cutting through the noise and misinformation that often surrounds health advice. I believe in empowering individuals with practical, science-backed knowledge that leads to real, lasting results.​

In addition to my practice, I've had the privilege of mentoring & coaching others in the health industry, guiding them to build successful businesses rooted in integrity and evidence-based practices.​
